Our eight-person outdoor hot tub is available to all guests, offering a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. The warm, bubbling water, the tranquillity of the setting, and the panoramic views over the surrounding hills create the perfect atmosphere to relax and recharge. Take a moment to slow down, quiet your mind, and simply enjoy the beauty of the present.
Overlooking the surrounding hills and the majestic Garlaban massif, La Canopée's infinity pool provides an exceptional setting to relax in the heart of nature. Surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and bathed in Provençal sunshine, it is the perfect place to unwind and embrace the gentle art of living that defines Provence.
Each morning, we prepare a homemade breakfast featuring fresh, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients. A selection of breakfast options, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices, is available to suit every preference. Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
The garden is one of La Canopée's most treasured spaces—a peaceful haven for reading, relaxing, or simply taking in the beauty of nature. Surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, almond trees, grapevines, and persimmon trees, it reflects the changing seasons and the authentic flavours of Provence. Each year, we harvest the olives from our own trees to produce our homemade olive oil, which we will be delighted to share with you during your stay.
