We stayed at La Canopée and, quite honestly, it was one of the most wonderful experiences we have ever had.
Séverine and Antoine are truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness, warmth, and genuine care that we immediately felt at ease. You can really sense how much they enjoy welcoming guests, making them happy, and sharing their beautiful place. They are attentive, thoughtful, and always available, yet never intrusive. It almost feels like staying with friends, because everything feels so natural and comfortable.
The setting is absolutely stunning: peaceful, quiet, warm, and perfectly maintained. Everything has been designed with great taste and attention to detail. The décor is elegant, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Every little detail seems to matter.
And then there’s the breakfast… simply magical! Generous, delicious, and prepared with so much care. Once again, it perfectly reflects Séverine and Antoine’s generosity and genuine desire to make their guests happy.
The value for money is also exceptional. Considering the quality of the hospitality, the setting, and the overall experience, the rates are more than reasonable.
We even tried to find one small fault… but honestly, we couldn’t! 😄
And although we are used to staying in some truly beautiful places, we can genuinely say that La Canopée ranks number one among all our experiences so far.
It’s exactly the kind of place you would love to keep secret… but it would be a shame not to share it!
