We are delighted to welcome you to La Canopée and do everything we can
to ensure you enjoy a pleasant stay in a peaceful, well-preserved environment
where everyone is respected.
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask you to take a moment
to read the following house rules.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 pm.
Check-out: rooms must be vacated by 12:00 noon at the latest.
Respect for the Peace and Quiet
La Canopée is above all a place for relaxation and rejuvenation. Noise,
parties and gatherings are not permitted.
Out of respect for all our guests, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum
between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the property is strictly limited to the number
of guests specified in the reservation. Outside visitors are not permitted
without prior approval from the owners.
Swimming Pool
Access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests of La Canopée.
Opening hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Showering before swimming is recommended.
- Diving is prohibited.
- We strongly recommend showering before entering the pool (an outdoor shower with hot water and soap is available).
- For hygiene reasons, only swimwear specifically designed for swimming is permitted. Everyday clothing is not allowed in the pool. Full-coverage swimwear is permitted provided it is specifically designed for swimming.
- Children must remain under the constant supervision of their parents.
- The swimming pool is not supervised.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is available to guests from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, subject to the conditions communicated during your stay and when not reserved for private use.
- Please take a shower before using the hot tub.
- For hygiene reasons, only swimwear specifically designed for swimming is permitted. Everyday clothing is not allowed in the pool. Full-coverage swimwear is permitted provided it is specifically designed for swimming.
- Oils, cosmetic products and drinks are not permitted in the hot tub.
- Please use the hot tub in a calm and respectful manner.
Rooms
Please take care of the facilities and equipment provided for your comfort.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
- Furniture must not be moved without prior permission.
- Cooking appliances are not permitted in the rooms.
Any damage may be charged.
No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all buildings.
Outdoor smoking areas are available. Please use the ashtrays provided.
Pets
Unless prior written approval has been obtained, pets are not allowed on the property.
Safety
- Please ensure that doors and windows are closed before leaving the property.
- Switch off any equipment that is not in use.
- Please report any incident or malfunction immediately.
Liability
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
La Canopée cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or damage
to personal property.
